We're building the future of live production

Television news studio with anchor desk, cameras and lighting rig

Our Story

showperu began in 2014 as a small group of working camera operators, sound mixers and gallery producers who were tired of seeing talented crews struggle with poorly planned studios and rushed rehearsals.

Today we are more than a training provider. We share a complete approach to studio production: how to lay out equipment, move a camera with intent, shape light and balance sound so that every television news bulletin and live show runs on time and looks its best.

Our mission

We're transforming how studio crews prepare, rehearse and go live with confidence.

The workflow

From empty floor to live on air

Six connected skills that turn a collection of equipment into a confident, high-quality production.

  1. 1

    Set up the studio floor

Plan equipment positions, cable routes and safe working zones before a single light goes on.

  2. 2

    Operate cameras with intent

Smooth moves, clean framing and quick recovery between shots for news and live entertainment.

  3. 3

    Shape the light

Build key, fill and back light that flatters presenters and keeps colour consistent on air.

  4. 4

    Balance the sound

Place microphones, set levels and manage talkback so every voice stays clear and natural.

  5. 5

    Run the gallery

Call shots, cue graphics and keep a calm, shared rhythm between floor, gallery and talent.

  6. 6

    Refine the workflow

Review each show, trim wasted steps and build repeatable checklists your whole crew can trust.

Take quick action that raises your broadcast standard.

If you have ever wondered how to make your studio calmer, faster and more reliable, this is the place for it. Take a big step forward in how your crew works on every bulletin and show.
