Payment and Refund Policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

Scope of the policy and the products or services it covers

This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of access to Course A, a professional resource dedicated to studio production in motion. It covers studio equipment setup, dynamic camera operation, lighting and sound waves, and creating smooth high-quality workflows for television news and live shows. The policy governs transactions made through the commercial website operated by showperu and applies to individual users and organisations based in the United Kingdom.

Prices, currencies, taxes, and any additional charges

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prices include value added tax (VAT) at the prevailing UK rate unless otherwise stated. No additional charges apply for standard access unless a customer selects optional extras such as extended support periods. Any price changes will be notified before a contract is formed.

Accepted payment methods, payment authorisation, and payment security

We accept major credit and debit cards processed through secure third-party gateways compliant with PCI DSS standards. Payment authorisation occurs at the time of order placement. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard protocols to protect card details. showperu does not store full card numbers on its systems.

Order, booking, or service confirmation and when a contract is formed

Upon successful payment an automated confirmation email is sent detailing the order. A binding contract is formed when we issue this confirmation. Access credentials are provided immediately after confirmation for digital content purchases.

Cancellation rights and applicable cancellation periods

Under UK consumer law you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you may cancel without giving a reason. This period begins on the day the contract is concluded. For digital content that begins immediately the right to cancel may be lost once download or access has started if you have given prior consent.

Refund eligibility, exclusions, and non-refundable items or services

Refunds are available during the cooling-off period provided access has not commenced. Once you have started using the course material no refund will be issued. Promotional or discounted subscriptions may have specific non-refundable terms stated at purchase. Services already rendered such as live workshops are non-refundable after delivery.

The step-by-step procedure and information required to request a refund

To request a refund contact info@nfts.co.uk or use the contact form on the Contacts page. Provide your order number, full name, and a brief statement of the reason. Requests must be submitted within the applicable time limits. We will acknowledge receipt within two working days.

Inspection, approval, rejection, and notification of the refund decision

We will review each request within ten working days. You will receive written notification of approval or rejection together with reasons if refused. Approved refunds will be processed without further delay.

Refund method, processing time, and when funds should reach the customer

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing by the payment provider typically takes five to ten working days after approval. You will be notified once the refund has been initiated.

Special rules for digital content, subscriptions, services, or promotional offers where relevant

Digital access begins immediately upon purchase unless you expressly request delayed activation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Promotional offers are subject to the same cancellation rules unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Failed payments, duplicate charges, chargebacks, and suspected fraud

If a payment fails you will be notified and given the opportunity to retry. Duplicate charges will be investigated and refunded promptly. Chargebacks are treated as disputes and may result in account suspension pending resolution. Suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to relevant authorities and may lead to immediate cancellation without refund.

Mandatory consumer rights in the target country that the policy cannot exclude

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. These rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
